No. They can use our free desktop or mobile softphone app with their existing computer, laptop, or phone. If they prefer a physical desk phone, we’ll ship one pre-configured. They just plug it into their home router.

Yes. Every employee gets their own extension on your shared company system. Incoming calls are routed by your auto-attendant or call queues, and outgoing calls display your company caller ID regardless of where the employee is located.

VoIP calls use minimal bandwidth, about 100 kbps per call. Any standard home internet connection handles this easily. We also offer a free speed test tool so employees can verify their connection before going live.
